Nervous and happy was the Pensioner's Home "José Espinosa" in Lo Pagan, Maria Castillo Jimenez, who was crowned by outgoing Queen as Queen of the festivity of San Pedro del Pinatar.

Beside her, Alcazar and Maria Antonia Garcia Quesada Ruiz accompanied her as bridesmaids.

After the gala, the local mayor, José García Ruiz, opened the dance with the brand new Queen with an elegant waltz, which was joined by the ladies and their escorts and the rest of the audience that, after a paso doble, cha cha and a to a tango, the elders who attended the event with a picnic replenished forces that animated the evening of Sunday 13 June.
