The Consistory will renew the asphalting of streets of Lo Pagán and Nuevo San Pedro (11/11/2016)

The Governing Board has today agreed to start the hiring procedure, the resurfacing of several streets, the service of prevention and control of legionellosis, postal mail and the operation of the canteen of the leisure center, among other points.

The local Government Board today approved the hiring process, by means of an open procedure, for the works of resurfacing streets in the neighborhood of Nuevo San Pedro and Avenida Poeta Eduardo Flores in Lo Pagán.

The price of the contract amounts to a maximum of 202,973 euros and the most advantageous economic offer will be the only award criterion.

The deadline to submit bids will be 26 days since its publication in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM) and profile of the contractor.

It has also been approved, by open procedure, the contracting of the operation of the canteen of the Leisure and Leisure Center of San Pedro del Pinatar, with a duration of two years, and can be extended annually for up to two more years.

The most advantageous economic offer will be taken into account, with the minimum annual fee to be paid by the successful tenderer of 3,630 euros.

Interested parties will have 15 days to submit bids since their publication BORM and profile of the contractor.

In the area of ​​contracting, the postal services of the City Council and dependent agencies have also been approved, for an estimated annual amount of 40,000 euros and lasting for two years, and can be extended for two more years.

The contract will start on January 1, 2017 and interested parties can submit their bids within 15 days of its publication in the BORM.

In addition, the award of the service of prevention and control of legionellosis of municipal facilities for a period of one year, for a price of 12,850 euros, has been approved to the company Anticimex 3D Sanidad Ambiental SA and the contract for collection services And control of abandoned animals, for which a new recruitment file will be initiated.

CIVIL PROTECTION AUXILIARY

The Governing Board has also approved the bases for the selection process of a Civil Protection auxiliary, with an interim contract, to cover a reduction for a period of nine months, and the creation of the Civil Protection auxiliary City Hall.

SUBSIDY FOR THE CONTROL OF ABSENCE

The Governing Board has also approved the application for a grant to the Education and Universities Department to carry out actions aimed at prevention, monitoring and control of school absenteeism and reduction of school drop-out, for an amount of 4,500 euros for recruitment Of an educator mediator.

SOCIAL AID

Among other points, the Board has also approved the granting of financial assistance to attend to situations of need, for a total amount of 1,757.96 euros.
