The Trinitario Casanova Foundation, the artists of the Mario Company, the AMPA of the center and hundreds of students have turned to this project to give a new image to the center, built 35 years ago.
The school Los Antolinos has seen a new aspect from this weekend, thanks to the initiative of the Trinitario Casanova Foundation and the Mario Company, which bring the #PintoUnColeNuevo activity to dozens of schools in the Region.
The mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitation Martinez, accompanied by the councilors of Education, Guadalupe Garcia, and Community Services, Angela Gaona, today visited the center where this activity is still ongoing.
The artists of the company of Mario worked during the past weekend in the extensive exterior of the modules of this center, that shelters daily to 670 students.
Thus, a dozen artists participated in the creation of several large format murals with different themes, such as the characters of Mafalda, a bus loaded with children, a plumier with colored pencils, a futuristic robot or faces in which landscapes are reflected Of the area, such as the Salinas de San Pedro.
During this week, along with some of the artists and several volunteer mothers, the students of the center are completing the work of the Company of Mario, painting part of the fencing of the center with various reasons.
In this initiative, coordinated and promoted by the AMPA of the center, has also collaborated with the City Council with the provision of two cranes and the local company Pinturas Carrasco, with an important contribution of material.
The mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitación Martínez, has praised this initiative that favors creativity and teamwork among the smallest and contributes to improving the aesthetics of the schools in which it has been developed.
