The talisman of Yemeni ']

The Murcian author presented data about our region and our history, as well as the writing process of a historical novel and its upcoming projects.

Sergio Reyes presented last night in the archeology room of the Baron de Benifayó Museum, "Mursiyya, the talisman of Yemeni".

Reyes was accompanied by the Councilor for Culture, Silvia Egea, the editor Asun Martín and many people who did not want to miss the details of what was named "Book Murciano del Año" in the nineteenth edition of the contest organized by the Friends of the Foundation Reading.

"Mursiyya, the talisman of Yemeni" is a historical novel set in the ninth century AD during the founding of the city of Murcia with more than 600 pages full of real and fictional characters from an era virtually unknown today.

A work that has all the ingredients to engage the reader, action and adventures, love and friendship, loyalty, family secrets, espionage, magic and mystery to show the life of the peninsular southeast in that era in which a city was founded until then nonexistent: Mursiyya.

Finally, the Murcian author presented data about our region and our history, as well as the writing process of a historical novel and its upcoming projects.
