The Governing Board today approved the final award of contracts for maintenance works and comprehensive improvement of the Kings Park of Spain, in addition to the construction of the new fairground and remodeling of the garden located on Avenida Mayor José María Tárraga, and the exploitation and use of attractions and fair booths in the Lo Pagán esplanade for the spring and summer seasons.

The Local Government Board of the City of San Pedro del Pinatar has approved this week, among other points, the award of the contract for maintenance works and comprehensive improvement of the park of the Sea, for an amount of 413,674.23 euros, to the UTE and Development of Obras Construcciones La Vid SL

This work has a term of execution of three months and will involve the transformation of this space of 12,000 square meters, with improvements in accessibility, adapting its accesses and interior walk, updating the stage, creation of children's play areas, biosaludable area, circuit sports, bike path, picnic area, etc.

Also in the area of ​​recruitment, has been awarded the work of the new fairground in San Pedro del Pinatar for an amount of 293,023.50 euros and the remodeling of the annex garden, on Avenida Mayor José María Tárraga, for 65,598.94 euros, a SA de Riegos, Caminos y Obras.

In addition, it has been awarded the exploitation and use of seasonal services "Attractions and fair booths in the Esplanade of Lo Pagán", in the public maritime land area, for the spring season and for summer.

TRAINING

The Local Government Board has also agreed the incorporation of five students in practices of the intermediate level of Health Emergencies of the Claudio Galeno Institute, to finalize their practical training in the Emergency and Civil Protection service.

In addition, two students of Administrative Management of the Manuel Tárraga Escribano IES will also practice in the Town Hall.

SOCIAL HELPS

The Board has also agreed the granting of financial aid for the attention of situations of need, for a total amount of 2201.73 euros.
