This van has been fully equipped for the movement of athletes from the AIDEMAR club, and financed by the municipalities of San Pedro del Pinatar and San Javier, Obra Social La Caixa, and the Renault Automenor dealership.
The Renault Automenor dealership of San Pedro del Pinatar has welcomed today the act of handing over the keys to the new van for the sports club Aidemar, as part of the commemoration of its 25th anniversary.
This vehicle is fully adapted for transporting people with disabilities who are part of this sports club and who compete in various tournaments and adapted sports championships throughout the national territory.
This new van has been financed thanks to the collaboration of the City Councils of San Pedro del Pinatar and San Javier, Obra Social La Caixa and Renault Automenor.
The act was attended by the Mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitación Martínez, the Councilor for Sports of San Javier, Estíbaliz Masegosa, the president of Aidemar, Francisco García, the president of the Murcian Athletics Federation, Juanma Molina, the director of aer of the Mar Menor business of Caixabank, Eugenio Ruiz and the Managing Director of Automenor, Salvador Nieto, attended this event, which was also attended by the Aidemar Sports technical team and the athletes who are part of the club.
Aidemar is an association born in 1982, which operates in the Mar Menor region and is made up of families with children with disabilities.
In these years it has become a reference in the comprehensive treatment of people with disabilities through the development of different projects and initiatives in the region, such as day centers, special education, early care, employment, residence or the sport Club.
