The OAC handled 369 complaints, suggestions and complaints in the first quarter of 2018 (26/04/2018)

The Office of Attention to the Citizen (OAC) of the City of San Pedro del Pinatar attended in the first quarter of 2018 a total of 369 instances in different areas, of which 87.53% have been resolved.

The City Council of San Pedro del Pinatar has welcomed today the special commission of suggestions and claims for Citizen Attention, in which the quarterly report of the OAC was informed, from January to March 2018, period in which a total of 369 complaints, claims, suggestions and information.

The OAC is one of the main mechanisms for citizens to channel the demands to the municipality, as well as to offer information on the various procedures and municipal services.

The largest number of requests and consultations, a total of 54, are in reference to signage and police;

followed by those referring to works and services (49), single window (38), parks and gardens (36), education and Popular University (29), culture (28) and urbanism and industrial services (25)

Among the most recurrent issues have been collected the request of issues related to cleaning streets and gardens, lighting arrangements, signaling and asphalting, or request information on cultural, sports and leisure activities.
