The first mayor explained that the application for an emergency procedure of the motions is a legal requirement covered by a report of the Secretariat of the Council.
The mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitation Martinez, explained that criteria have been established to regulate the operation of the full, pursuant to a report by the secretariat of the Council.
The report notes that no issues to be addressed motions for the agenda and urgent, as well as the Rules for Organization and Functioning of Local Government.
Thus, the first mayor explained that the reasons for declaring emergency motions are set to the current legal framework, but this requirement does not in any way, curtail the role of political groups that make up the whole city.
In this sense, the mayor has encouraged the three opposition parties, PSOE, DPI and UPyD to make their proposal, set out in the interest of neighbors and build a better city.
