Civil Protection San Javier serves over 100 notices related to rainfall (18/11/2011)

The municipality has registered more than 117 liters per square meter from 13:30 to 16:30 and Civil Protection, Local Police and Fire work this morning in the evacuation of people, traffic control and water drainage housing

Civil Protection Service of San Javier has received throughout the day more than 100 residents of the municipality notices due to incidents caused by heavy rains, as water entering basements and homes, and traffic problems the sewer.

Most of these evacuations have been of parents with children who had gathered from schools, which have been transferred to a safe area.
