The Director General of Commerce, Maria Dolores Alarcon, and the Mayor of San Javier, Martinez Visitation, today opened the Second Exhibition of the municipality Outlet involving 33 stores and will remain open until December 7.
A total of 33 shops in San Pedro and Lo Pagán offer, from today until Wednesday, a multitude of products with discounts in the Second Edition of the Fair Outlet, located on Avenida Emilio Castelar.
The covered enclosure installed for this show has already received the visit of dozens of neighbors who have been able to advance their Christmas shopping, buying quality items with great discounts on fashion, accessories, home, gifts, flowers and toys, among others.
During the opening ceremony, the mayor stressed the importance of this event for local businesses and encouraged all residents and visitors who visit during the bridge of the Constitution and forward their Christmas shopping on the premises of the municipality.
It has also explained that during the celebration of the Fair will be held parallel activities, primarily directed at children, such as balloon twisting and makeup workshops.
Furthermore, it indicated that the December 6 will be held the initiative "Kilometer solidarity", which consist of installing a few panels that reproduce the distance marked in order to complete this journey with coins.
In this activity assist the Association for the Integration of the disabled in the district of Mar Menor (Aideman), the Association of Families and Persons with Mental Illness and Child and Adolescent TGD del Mar Menor (AFEM) and the delegation of the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC) of San Javier.
For its part, the Director General of Trade and Handicrafts, Maria Dolores Alarcon, highlighted the success of the fairs outlet, a commercial revitalization initiative promoted by the Ministry and that is developed throughout the regional geography.
Alarcón has pledged to continue supporting local trade San Javier with initiatives like this show and has highlighted the involvement of traders in its conclusion, through partnerships Pinatar shopping and Employers Association of Lo Pagan.
The councilman of Commerce, José Guillermo García, explained further that the holding of this event the City has chosen to use its own resources, with the installation of a tent city and the construction of the booths by local store personnel.
In this regard, he indicated that it has recycled material such as aluminum, wood, and illuminate, which has resulted in significant savings in the organization of the Fair and has also encouraged that the City have a new infrastructure of their own that can be used throughout the year for similar events.
The fair will be open from Outlet today and until next December 7, from 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 21:00 hours and attendees will be eligible to draw three sets of rooms in establishments local restaurateurs.
