Faculty of Labour Sciences of the University of Murcia hosted last October 10 the First Forum on Employment and Local Development in the Region, which took the city of San Pedro del Pinatar and served as a meeting and debate among students , teachers and local development technicians who work in the economic and job creation.
Throughout the day, various activities were developed related to the sharing of strategies for the promotion of the economy and job growth.
The morning was busy with two conferences of interest to employment policies in the region and nationwide: "The new horizons of employment policies in the Region of Murcia" by Alejandro Zamora, director of the SEF, and "The legal joint Strategy 2013-2016 Entrepreneurship and Youth Employment "by Jose Lujan, Professor of labor law.
Simultaneously, on the terrace of the Faculty held a fair where Employment Services 14 municipalities and various employment promotion agencies in the region were announced projects and actions carried out today in the municipalities of the Region .
At the stand of the Municipality of San Pedro del Pinatar, was promoted, among other advisory services to entrepreneurs regarding the development of the business plan, subsidies, grants or funding for the development of business activities.
The audience showed great interest in aid implemented in the Municipal Development Plan Employment and Business Development, and was the Program 'San Pedro Advisory Cheque' which elicited most requests for information.
The Forum served as a meeting point between the councils themselves participants, for sharing initiatives and programs aimed at promoting employment, being carried out in local administrations of the Community.
