A team of six people, unemployed and disabled for three months performed the cleaning and maintenance of the municipal beaches
The mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitacion Martinez and manager CEE Jera Avanza, Cristobal Soto, have signed a service contract, under which six disabled unemployed for 13 weeks will be responsible for cleaning the beaches of the municipality .
Through this measure the City deepens its commitment to the employment of people with disabilities, a group that is also particularly affected by unemployment.
Furthermore, the selection of personnel made beach cleaning has been coordinated with the Local Employment Centre.
The Special Employment Centres are companies in which at least 70 percent of its workforce consists of workers with a degree of disability of 33% and promote their incorporation into the labor market.
