10 to 13 June in the Park Custom the V National Folklore Festival "Villa de San Pedro" organized by the Rock The Cauldron and the collaboration of the Department of Culture and Celebrations.
The Festival, set in the festivity of the town was opened by the Mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, José García Ruiz and the Councillor of Culture, Mark David Grace joined President de la Peña, Luis Fernandez.
The program of the V National Folklore Festival "Villa de San Pedro" presented a great diversity of performances of choirs and dance group "Pinar, the performance of Rondalla de Dolores de Pacheco, the Chorus and Dance Group of San Juan Bautista of the Peña "La Parranda" Beniaján, "the Bonillo" Songs and Dances of Albacete and the Grupo Folklorico de la Peña Gálvez Antonete orchard "The CIAZO." New this year launched an orchard bar where you could taste for the four nights of the festival the typical products of the region.
With the V National Folklore Festival "Villa de San Pedro" the Rock the Cauldron once again met its goal of rescuing, interpreting and disseminating the customs and folklore of our land.
