The Tourism Initiatives Center hosted a presentation and technical management session of these European Funds under the participatory local development strategy of the '' Local Action Group for Fisheries and Aquaculture of the Region of Murcia '' GALPEMUR.
Inmaculada Torres, manager of Galpemur, presented this week a technical management day of these European funds that are focused on the diversification and sustainable development of the coastline of the Region of Murcia in the center of tourism initiatives.
The councilors of Employment and Fisheries, José Fernández and Ramón Luis García, respectively, opened this day, where they highlighted the importance of bringing knowledge of this type of aid to the groups and administrations and stressed the availability of the Employment Services of the City Council , where all interested parties can obtain more information.
These grants have as beneficiaries both local corporations and non-profit entities, foundations, institutions, charities or sports and families, as long as they meet the requirements in the published order, and among those who are established to develop the project in any of the following territorial areas: Águilas, Mazarrón, Cartagena, Los Alcázares, San Javier and San Pedro del Pinatar.
Manuel Rodríguez from Equipo Fonámbula, gave training to the attendees, among whom were associations, consultancies and members of the Fishermen's Association, to facilitate the processing of requests for aid to these calls.
