The Councilor for Culture of San Pedro del Pinatar, Silvia Egea, today presented the activities scheduled for this weekend on the occasion of the Day of Museums, in the different exhibition spaces of the municipality.
The councilor indicated that on Friday, May 18, will be held the second edition of "Perverse Verses", a recital with three voices, by self-taught poets Mary Salem, Toni Garcia and Maria Jose Navarro, accompanied by guitarists Jorge Amarats and Fran Andreo.
This act, which aims to disseminate and disseminate the poetry, will take place next Friday in the garden of the House of Culture, starting at 8:00 p.m.
In addition, on Friday 18 and Saturday 19, the Baron de Benifayó museums and the Museo del Mar extend their hours until 9:00 p.m.
In the municipal museum, visitors can enjoy the permanent archaeological and ethnographic exhibition, as well as the paintings of Francisco Cánovas in the temporary exhibition hall.
For its part, the Museum of the Sea, managed by the Fishermen's Association, opens on Friday the photographic exhibition of the collective Amigos del Mar Menor, with images of the lake in black and white.
You can also see the permanent exhibition consisting of traditional tools, documents, photographs and other articles related to the fishing sector.
