The famous character Drilo the Crocodile has narrated to the children of Pinar del Rio the adventure that led him to discover the municipality of Marmeno with his inseparable gang.
The Plaza de la Constitución has welcomed today the first children's proclamation of the Patron Saint Festivities of San Pedro del Pinatar, by the hand of Drilo El Cocodrilo.
The famous child character has explained to the children that it was a fortuitous friendship with a flamenco called 'Mingo' that encouraged him to visit San Pedro del Pinatar, for which he embarked, together with his inseparable gang, in an incredible adventure from the jungle of Shalambá to this municipality on the banks of the Mar Menor.
After the proclamation, in which Drilo has extolled the value of friendship, the mayor, Visitation Martinez, and the Councilman of Celebrations, have imposed a badge as the first child crier.
Later, the youngest ones enjoyed a show of 'canta baila' with several of the friends of "La Pandilla de Drilo" who have reviewed their best-known songs.
