The mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitación Martínez, accompanied by the queens of the Fiestas, and the councilman of Celebrations, Javier Castejón, have inaugurated this morning the CCXXII edition of the Real Cattle Fair of San Pedro del Pinatar, accompanied by members of the municipal corporation, and the courts of honor for children, youth and the elderly.
Both today Saturday June 30 and Sunday July 1, dozens of farmers in the region and neighboring provinces, will show and trade hundreds of copies of donkeys, mules, horses, mares, horses, etc.
in one of the few fairs of these characteristics that are preserved in Spain and that traces its origins to the eighteenth century.
About 80 corraletas make up the premises of this Royal Fair that throughout the weekend offers visitors also the possibility to taste typical products or take a snack during the visit.
In addition to the fair, tomorrow Sunday, July 1, at 10:30 am, will be held the XV Encounter of carriages "Villa de San Pedro", which departs from the vicinity of the fairgrounds of the Cattle, located in the pine forest annexed to the residence of elderly Messengers of Peace, to the beach of Villananitos.
