The students of the first cycle of Secondary Education of the Institutes Manuel Tárraga Escribano, Dos Mares and the centers New Castelar College and San Pedro Apóstol, participated in this activity, included in the community phase of the ARGOS-Murcia Program for the prevention of alcohol consumption .
After receiving three teaching units, students in the first year of Secondary Education have participated in a contest in which they had to answer a questionnaire of 10 questions related to information and myths about the effects of alcoholic beverages.
All the students who obtained a minimum of 70% of correct answers chose to draw a technological product for each educational center.
The winners were Antonio Jesús López (IES Dos Mares), Sergio Barbero Orejuela (IES Manuel Tárraga Escribano), Carmen Gómiz (CEC San Pedro Apóstol) and Carlota Sánchez (New Castelar College).
In addition, several second-year ESO students participated in the ALTACAN contest for the prevention of alcohol, tobacco and cannabis use, with the same format as the previous one.
Roberto Zapata (IES Dos Mares) and Patricia Jiménez (CEC San Pedro Apóstol) were awarded this prize.
