The park of the Sea Kings of Spain, located next to the esplanade of Lo Pagán, hosted yesterday at 20:30 hours the Mass in Honor of the Christ of the Mar Menor, which has been held for more than a decade, the third Sunday of August .
After the transfer of the image from the church of Our Lady of Carmen, in Lo Pagán, some 1,500 people, both neighbors and holiday makers, attended this Mass organized by the Brotherhood of the Most Holy Christ of the Mar Menor, attended by the mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitación Martínez, together with other councilors and local authorities.
Finally, the image returns to his parish around 10 pm, carried by the banners and accompanied by the faithful who year after year make this tradition their own.
