This meeting gathered last weekend to more than 200 athletes in the different competitions of futsal, 7 football, 3x3 basketball, paddle and beach volleyball.
The municipal sports center hosted last Saturday, September 1, the II Solidarity Games, organized by the youth of the parish San Pedro Apóstol, with the aim of obtaining funds for pastoral activities.
This sports day brought together 200 participants in different competitions in a meeting aimed at promoting family sports as well, which managed to raise around 3,000 euros and culminated with a convivial dinner.
Thus, from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Simultaneously futsal competitions of futsal, 7-a-side, paddle, beach volleyball and 3x3 basket were developed.
During the day, the mayor of the town, Visitación Martínez, encouraged the organizers to continue each year with this fun meeting at the municipal sports facilities.
For his part, José Ángel Pardo, representing the young people of the parish, thanked the reception of this second edition, as well as the collaboration and sponsorship of dozens of local businesses and businesses.
The champions of each sport obtained free dinners at restaurants in the town and runners-up free access to the Spa at the Pinatar Arena sports complex.
In addition, a raffle was held among the participants for which sports entities such as Zambú CFS Pinatar, Real Murcia CF, UCAM CF, FC Cartagena and El Pozo Murcia FS, donated different products.
