The Leisure and Emerging Arts Center Juan Martínez Juliá hosted this event yesterday with the aim of launching the new season of the year in personal balance and harmony with our surroundings.
Yesterday, hundreds of people gathered at the Pinatar Om Festival to pay tribute to the sun, coinciding with the Autumn equinox through different activities in order to seek balance and inner well-being, while promoting the care of the environment and respect for the environment.
Thus, the first edition of the festival organized by the Council of Fairs of the City of San Pedro del Pinatar, developed different proposals in various stages of the Center for Leisure and Emerging Arts, which included Bollywood dance and Bhangra taught by Irene Luna, African dance in charge by Aziz Diouf, oriental dance with Alba Hayat and biodanza taught by Carlos Campuzano.
The concerts were another of Pinatar Om's main courses.
Esfera Natural made a sound trip with Tibetan bowls and a gong bath after solidarity food for the benefit of AmorxAmor and Joakín López entertained the afternoon with their instruments like the traditional rabab of Afghanistan, the Saz Cura and the Lavta Turks or the wonderful Santur Persian than with its 72 strings.
Other practices such as yoga and Taichi, taught by Alicia Antolinos, José Antonio Diaz and Marisa Navarro, as well as methodologies taught by professionals from different areas and workshops and lectures that were developed simultaneously on, green homes, (bioespacios.es) nutrition (Rebeca Verdú), emotional balance (Carlos Campuzano), macrobiotic diet (Ema Pokorná), aromatherapy (Gabriela Martínez Grandio) and a mystical meditation (Julia García and Alicia Antolinos) completed a day full of emotions.
In addition, the children had a playroom stimulated by Mikaseda and in which they carried out different activities and a workshop carried out by Ecoembes, an organization that takes care of the environment through recycling, in collaboration with the Department of the Environment, in which The children built a tarpaulin with recycled materials.
A sustainable market with organic products, craft beer, soaps and essences, amulets, self-help books, beads, vegetarian food etc. joined Pinatar Om that closed the day with a fire and music show with which Joakín López and the dancer Natividad Gerrero celebrated the arrival of autumn inviting positive change and spiritual balance.
