The residents of San Pedro del Pinatar may include proposals on which projects or initiatives will be allocated 200,000 euros from their municipal budget for the next fiscal year.
The City of San Pedro del Pinatar launches the second participatory Budgeting process, in which this year in addition to voting different projects, will be able to make their own proposals, which will result in 200.0000 euros in investments in the municipal budget of 2019
of the first phase, begins today, October 8, and until next Friday, October 21, will be developed the phase of presentation of proposals, in which any person over 16 years may raise their ideas to improve the municpio, as conditioning of parks or concrete green areas, improvements in public buildings, asphalting of streets, accessibility, projects of innocuousness, or any initiative that considers beneficial for the sociaidad pinatarense.
In this first phase, which will be developed online, through a direct access on the municipal website, there are also proposals from the previous year that did not obtain the necessary voting for its realization.
After the closure of this phase, a commission of municipal technicians will assess all the proposals presented, to check their suitability, if they are municipal competence and do not exceed 200,000 euros, including all those that meet the requirements for voting.
The third and final phase will be the voting, from November 12 to 23, in which all the registered residents, from 16 years old, will be able to vote on their favorite options.
Voting can be done online on the City Council website or, in person, in the Citizen Service Office and in the Pensioner's Homes.
