After the first phase of presentation of proposals, a commission formed by municipal technicians studies the more than 40 citizen proposals submitted on which projects or initiatives to allocate 200,000 euros from the budget for the next financial year.
The 2019 participatory budgets of San Pedro del Pinatar, which will allocate 200,000 euros to those projects most voted by the local residents, has begun the second phase of the study of the citizen proposals presented.
Thus, municipal technicians of industrial services, urban planning, environment, tourism, sports and citizen participation, study the viability of the more than 40 proposals presented by citizens in the first phase.
These proposals, very diverse, have been estimated or rejected according to the criteria of verifying that they correspond to a municipal investment and that their development does not exceed the 200,000 euros object of this consultation.
Once this assessment has been carried out, those considered feasible will be elevated to the platform enabled by Governalia on the municipal website, so that all residents registered in our municipality, from 16 years of age, can vote for their favorite option, a from next Monday November 12 until November 23.
It will also be possible to vote in person, during open hours, at the Municipal Citizen Service Office or at the Pensioner's Home.
