So far three crimes against the property have been clarified
The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia, within the framework of the operation 'Róler', has dismantled a criminal group composed of three young people, two of them minors, and dedicated to commit robberies in homes of San Pedro del Pinatar.
The development of the operation, which is framed in the 'Plan against theft in homes', has allowed the Civil Guard to clarify so far three crimes of burglary committed in homes of the municipality of Pinar del Rio, facts that had generated certain social alarm among neighbors.
Effective Citizen Security Prevention began the operation when they detected the commission of several crimes of theft in homes in the urban area of ​​San Pedro del Pinatar, an investigation aimed at clarifying criminal acts with the arrest of their perpetrators.
The first steps of the operation took place in the homes where the robberies were committed in order to gather all possible clues as to the way to commit the robberies and the identity of the perpetrators.
The exhaustive technical-ocular inspections carried out by the investigators made it possible to determine that the robberies were committed using force against access to the property, as well as the escalation in some of the cases.
Once inside, they subtracted all kinds of appliances and other valuables that could be easily marketed in the illicit market.
It has also been possible to verify that those who were arrested now carried out surveillance on the properties to rule out the presence of their inhabitants when committing the robberies and to materialize the criminal act with complete peace of mind.
They also fixed their time slot during the night, taking advantage of the darkness to avoid being surprised.
The modus operandi, as well as other indications, allowed the civil guards to verify that after the authorship of the crimes investigated there was a group of people and, moreover, that they had some experience in the criminal field.
As a result of the investigation, the agents obtained several latent prints in one of the assaulted homes that, once analyzed, allowed to determine the identity of one of the alleged perpetrators.
This is a young man who, despite his young age, already has several records for crimes against the estate.
The operation then focused on the suspect and other young people, all neighbors of San Pedro del Pinatar, developing research and other efforts to find out the identities of all the authors of the robbery.
The investigations carried out allowed the identification of two other young people who allegedly formed part of the criminal group.
The three suspects have been located and arrested / investigated as alleged perpetrators of robbery with force in housing.
The operation continues open, so the arrest of other members of the juvenile criminal group is not ruled out.
During the investigation, up to now three criminal acts have been clarified, although the implication of those now arrested in more criminal acts is not ruled out.
The arrested / investigated and the proceedings have been made available to the Court of Instruction of San Javier and Public Prosecutor for Minors of Murcia.
