The City Council of San Pedro del Pinatar has approved today in Government Board the contracting of the construction of a new canine park of 2,500 square meters of surface, located in the pine forest of the Pablo Picasso Avenue.
Thus, it has been awarded the construction of the space to Arquitécnica del Levante, for an amount of 46,442 euros, for the work of clearing, cleaning and leveling the land, adequacy of the firm, fencing, pre-installation of lighting and drinking water for sources drinking troughs
Subsequently, the equipment of this canine park will be tendered, which will have a circuit of activities for dogs type agility, where elements such as a seesaw, jumping, table or tunnel fences, among others, are incorporated.
STUDY AID
Among the points discussed today, the Governing Board has also approved the resolution of study grants for baccalaureate, vocational training and university.
Thus, 48 ​​grants of 75 euros have been awarded for school material for vocational and high school students, for a total amount of 3,600 euros;
There have also been 89 mobility aids, amounting to 13,350 euros, for university students and vocational students and baccalaureates whose modality is not taught in the locality.
These grants are completed with 5,500 euros for academic excellence, eight of 250 euros for students who have completed high school, and seven of 500 euros for university students.
The Department of Education this year has allocated more than 40,000 euros to aid for study, because to those granted today are added bonuses for school supplies in early childhood education and the provision of the Municipal Book Bank.
