The program of the Department of Equality of San Pedro del Pinatar addresses in this edition topics from areas as diverse as consumption and energy savings, food, gastronomy, legal advice, reading club or how to strengthen self-esteem, among others.
The program Entre Nosotras, promoted by the Department of Equality of San Pedro del Pinatar, began again this week with the talk 'Healthy houses and good energy', taught by Miguel Ángel Ardil, industrial technician and senior technician in BioSpaces prevention.
Thus, this weekly meeting, aimed mainly at women, is held every Wednesday at the Social Services Center.
A space in which workshops and talks on different topics will be addressed until July.
The program will continue with the reading club 'Salicornia' and the screening of the film 'Sarah's key' and will include biodanza workshop, days on personal care, focused on food;
a talk about rights and obligations after a separation, days aimed at improving self-esteem, others that address the role of women in art or more practical gastronomy and decoration workshops.
In addition, this cycle has the collaboration of experts and professionals in different areas such as nutritionists, psychologists, legal advisors, etc.
