This initiative, framed in the II Municipal Plan of Prevention of Drug Addiction of the Department of Social Welfare, will be developed from January 25 at the Center of Leisure and Emerging Arts aimed at adolescents from 12 to 18 years.
The Center for Leisure and Emerging Arts of San Pedro del Pinatar hosts a free videogame programming workshop starting on January 25, aimed at young people between 12 and 18 years old, which will consist of five sessions, with the aim of promoting guidelines for a healthy lifestyle and avoid the early consumption of tobacco and other drugs.
This initiative is part of the II Municipal Plan for Prevention of Drug Addiction, of the Department of Social Welfare, as an alternative to healthy nightlife, since it will take place on Fridays from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
The purpose of this workshop is to use technological tools to raise awareness among young participants about problems derived from tobacco consumption, while they start in the world of videogame programming and their creativity is enhanced.
This free workshop will be taught by iSchool, a school that empowers and develops the digital skills of children and young people through different activities and through which more than 700 students have already passed.
