The mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitación Martínez, and the Sports councilor, Javier Castejón, visited the Spanish Women's Under-19 team this morning, which is currently being held at the Pinatar Arena sports complex.
Until next March 5, the Spanish Under-21 team is preparing its next official meetings in San Pedro del Pinatar.
The national team is the recent U19 European champion and counts among its ranks with players who last year won the last female World U17.
Among its components is the Murcia Eva Navarro, Levante player, who managed to proclaim last year's U17 world champion and U19 European champion.
Spain with this concentration continues its constant presence in Pinatar Arena where the men's teams have already been sub15, sub17, sub18, sub19, sub20 and sub21, and the absolute female and now the sub19.
Visitación Martínez highlighted the importance of sports tourism for the municipality and the work, as a benchmark, of Pinatar Arena that for six years has attracted hundreds of teams and teams from the five continents to the town.
