The church Our Lady of Carmen of Lo Pagán hosted on Saturday, March 30, the recital of the choir Patnia "Voices of Passion", with which this polyphonic group went back to review the sacred music in the framework of the program of the Week Santa pinatarense.
Under the direction of Luís Egío, the choir performed songs by Purcell, Mozart, Medelssohn or Bruckner.
Thus, the concert began with "Man that is born of a woman", "Thou Knowest Lord the secrets of our hearts", "Aver Verum corpus and" Lacrimosa ".
The recital also included "Abendsegen", "Locus iste", "Ave Verum Corpus", "Bogoroditse Devo", "Libera me" and "Jesus Chrit Superstar".
The Patnia choir was born in 2008 and since then it actively participates in the cultural program of the town, with performances at Christmas and Holy Week.
