The mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitación Martínez, the president of the Futsal Committee of the Murcian Football Federation, Luciano Herrero, and the national coach, Federico Vidal, today presented the double meeting that the national team will dispute in the locality against the selection of Guatemala.

Visitación Martínez highlighted the importance for the municipality of hosting the concentration of the National Indoor Soccer Team, a sport that is deeply rooted in the town, with more than 40 years of history and that currently moves a large social mass, with two large clubs that add up to 300 players in all categories.

In addition, the mayor highlighted the sporting, media and tourism impact of the concentration of both teams in the town and added that this is one more example of the commitment of San Pedro del Pinatar as a benchmark of sports tourism.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, the first of the two friendlies will be played against Guatemala, and the match will take place at 8:00 pm at the Prince of Asturias Pavilion.

On Wednesday at 9:00 p.m., on the same stage, the second one will be played.

For these matches, coach Federico Vidal has called the Murcian, Alex Yepes, and five of ElPozo Murcia, which is the set of the National Futsal League that most players contribute: Fede, Fabio, Fernandito, Alex and Andresito.

The list of fourteen players is composed of: Fede, Fabio, Fernan, Andresito and Álex (El Pozo Murcia), Tolrá and Raúl Campos (Benfica), Bebe (Movistar Inter), Joselito (Barça Lassa), Eric Martel (Osasuna Magna), Sergio González (Aspil Vidal), Raúl Gómez (Peñíscola Rehabmedic), Juan Emilio (Ugra Yugorsk) and Lin (KPRF).

The two matches will be played in the Prince of Asturias municipal pavilion at 8:00 pm and admission will be free.

Fans who want to attend the meeting will be able to collect up to 4 tickets per person the day before each of the matches, at the municipal Sports Center office from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8 p.m .: 00 hours, until stocks last.

This meeting is organized by the Spanish Federation of Futsal, the Murcian Football Federation and the City of San Pedro del Pinatar, with the sponsorship of Zambú Hygiene, Dental Titanium and Cubiplaya.
