Santiago Apóstol and María Magdalena processioned through the streets of Pinar del Rio following the performance of the Sacramental Auto of The Passion in the church of San Pedro Apóstol.
The theater group of San Javier was commissioned to represent the Sacramental Auto of the Passion in the church of San Pedro Apóstol, reviewing moments of the last days of Jesus Christ as the arrest, the trial, the sentence to death.
This car, organized by the brotherhood of Santiago Apóstol, continued on the street with Jesus leaving the church already whipped, on the way to Calvary, next to him, the thrones of Santiago Apóstol and María Magdalena that finally come together at the meeting of Belchite streets , Cervantes and Maestro Falla before the silence of the audience broken by the heartfelt arrows that Manuel Luzón sang.
The Holy Week of San Pedro del Pinatar celebrates today, Tuesday Santo, the procession of Promises, at 21.00, with the image of the Virgin of La Piedad.
