The Lo Pagán esplanade hosts this event on May 4, which will include play activities, concerts, lectures, and information from different teaching entities.

The councilors of Youth, Javier Castejón, and Education, Guadalupe García, today presented the second edition of the Youth and Education Fair, which will be held on May 4 at the esplanade of Lo Pagán, from 10:00 a.m. to 21: 00 hours

This event has a double aspect, playful and educational, and in it young people can learn about the activities and proposals of associations and youth groups, as well as the offer of educational institutions.

Throughout the day you can enjoy musical and dance performances, leisure activities such as sky simulators, balance combat, zip line, climbing wall, escape room, laser tag championship, graffiti exhibition, photobox, videogame championships or kart racing. pedals, among others.

Thus, the fair will have three different areas: the exhibition space within the tent with educational institutions and associations;

the area of ​​performances and an outdoor area for games and leisure activities.

From the educational field the objective is to advise and help young people to decide their educational and professional future, through a wide offer in this area with the presence of universities such as UPCT, UNED, University of Murcia or Miguel Hernández University, will also be present institutes and educational centers of the town such as the IES Dos Mares, Manuel Tárraga Escribano and New Castelar College and other training centers such as the Defense delegation in the Region of Murcia, the Claudio Galeno Health Professional Training Center, Adult Education, the School Official of Languages ​​and the municipal school Musical Union.

The Youth Hostel, the Nautical Activities Center, the local scouts, Ischool programming and robotics, the European GEGL project and the Department of Education and Youth will also have a booth.

The purpose of this Youth and Education Fair is to be a meeting point for young people in the town to learn about various healthy leisure alternatives and discover, at the same time, educational options for their future.
