The Social Services Center of San Pedro del Pinatar has hosted today a meeting of representatives of the Council for Children and Adolescents to share ideas and proposals that will transfer to different political parties.
Through the "Las imprescindibles" program of the UNICEF Child Friendly Cities network with the aim of making visible the demands of children and adolescents and putting the rights of children at the center of the political agenda.
The members of the Council have addressed different demands and proposals for the municipality that they consider "essential" and that should be taken into account by the Municipal Government that is formed after the elections on May 26.
Thus, they will meet soon with the different groups to transfer these ideas.
To carry out this work, children have previously studied basic concepts such as what democracy is, what is an electoral program or how electoral processes and political parties are organized.
