San Pedro del Pinatar will count this year with this eco-tourism label on the El Mojón beach, the Las Salinas Interpretation Center and the Marina de Las Salinas marina.
San Pedro del Pinatar, with more than 13 kilometers of coastline in the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor, this year will have a blue flag on the beach of El Mojon, a distinction that revalidates for the fourth consecutive year.
This beach is located in a unique natural environment, bordering the regional park of Salinas and Arenales.
In addition, the Las Salinas interpretation center and Marina de las Salinas marina will also wear this badge.
The Blue Flag, awarded by the Association of Environmental and Consumer Education (ADEAC), is an award for the environmental quality of beaches and ports that awards compliance with standards in terms of bathing water quality, information and environmental education , environmental management and security, services and facilities
