The City Council of San Pedro del Pinatar and the Orientation Service of the SEF Office of San Javier participated in a coordinated manner in the delivery of an informative workshop on employment orientation and training for 75 students.
The month of May, within the framework of the training actions carried out by the Department of Employment, this orientation workshop was held for students of IES Dos Mares in which different programs aimed at labor integration and training of young people were exposed .
Thus, the Councilor for Employment, José Fernández Andreo, exposed municipal experiences such as the implementation of mixed employment and training programs, highly demanded among young people, as well as the advantages of the European Youth Guarantee program, or initiatives of the SEF as 100x100 activation, among other proposals.
The workshop was given to 75 students from the center who were studying Basic, Intermediate and Higher Grade Vocational Training in Microcomputer Systems and Administration of Computer Systems in the Network.
Among other areas, the workshop addressed employment resources, existing training through public services, social skills for employment, etc.
In addition to useful tools such as the SEF app to consult job offers, courses, etc.
