On Saturday, June 8, the traditional closing party of the Pinatar Base School was held, with various activities such as exhibition matches between categories, parents, delegates, coaches and managers, food for twinning and the performance of the Band of cornets of the Christ of Forgiveness.

The day ended with the delivery of gifts and recognitions, chaired by the mayor, Visitación Martínez, and sports councilor, Javier Castejón, to all those people, companies and institutions linked to the team during this season.

The president of the EFB Pinatar, Jose Bernardo Castejón, took stock of the season as a difficult year to compete, for the first time, at the highest level in all its categories, achieving permanence in all categories and divisions and also by the death of Jesús Navarro Puchol, former president and director of the club.

Later they were parading one by one all the staff that have competed and then said goodbye to the coaches and players who leave for different reasons the School, Felipe Opazo, Guillermo Gomez, Juan Carlos Muñoz and Alberto Cercadillo.

The most exciting moment came with the farewell of the students who due to age leave in their youth stage, Diego English, Antonio Cascales, Adrian Candel, Josemi Riquelme, Raúl Vera, Moisés Robles and Fran Muñoz.

The special recognition was given to the delegate Paco Muñoz, for the extreme defense of the values ​​represented by the Pinatar Base School.

Visitación Martínez, highlighted the fantastic results obtained, the great representation made by EFB Pinatar throughout the Murcia region, considering this School as one of the best and not only for its sporting level but also for the great defense of the values ​​it transmits and for the social work it performs in favor of inclusion, respect, solidarity and equality

The Memorial "President Jesus Navarro Puchol" will be held on Saturday June 15 from 10 am, between EFB Pinatar and the combined teams of the Murcia Region Soccer Team in all its categories, and the Summer CAMPUS which will take place from July 1 to August 3 are the imminent events of the School.
