The headquarters of the Association of Housewives, Consumers and Users Virgen de La Piedad, hosted during the last month a cycle of presentations on Pharmacy, dietetics and nutrition, taught by the staff of the Popular University and the Citizen Service Office .
Thus, Isabel Aguirre, a graduate in Food Science and Technology and professor at the Popular University, was in charge of giving a talk on healthy foods, for the closure of the course.
For its part, the councilor of Civic Participation, Fuensanta García, explained that since September several talks on issues related to consumption and associationism have been coordinated and thanked the president, Inmaculada Borbolla, the involvement of this local association in the programmed activities.
