Visitación Martínez, mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, accompanied the president of the Association of Housewives, Inmaculada de la Borbolla at the opening of the exhibition of crafts that the members of the association have made throughout the course.
In addition to members of the municipal corporation, and the queens of the festivities and their court, delivered in the afternoon of June 19, the awards for the best work in the modalities of crafts, Patchwork, bobbin, hemstitches, embroidery, Tin, paint on canvas, and oil painting.
Dozens of members have participated in the workshops held at the headquarters of the association where they show in this exhibition that is celebrated coinciding with the festivities and the end of the courses, their work.
A small gift was also given to the teachers of the workshops and to the hairdressers who help to put the blanket for the processions of Holy Week.
One more year, the Association will participate in the festivities of San Pedro del Pinatar with a gastronomic booth in the Festival Venue.
