The mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitation Martinez, accompanied by the queens of the Fiestas and their courts, the councilman of Celebrations, Javier Castejón, and members of the Municipal Corporation, have opened this morning the CCXXIII edition of the Real Cattle Fair of San Pedro del Pinatar, coinciding with the feast of his employer.
During the weekend this fair will bring together dozens of farmers in the region and neighboring provinces, which will show and trade dozens of copies of donkeys, mules, oxen, horses, mares, etc., distributed in 80 corraletas installed in one of the few fairs of these characteristics that are preserved.
In addition to the fair, tomorrow, Sunday, June 30, at 10:30 am, will be held the XVI Encounter of carriages "Villa de San Pedro", which departs from the vicinity of the fairgrounds of the Cattle, located in the pine forest annexed to the residence of elderly Messengers of Peace, to the beach of Villananitos.
