The mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitación Martínez, and the councilman of Sports of the town, Pedro Vivancos, have received the players from Pinar del Rio Alberto García Peñalver and Jesús Lozano, recently proclaimed champions of Spain in the children's category by clubs with ElPozo FS, team in which they play in this season.
Alberto García, goalkeeper, and Jesús Lozano, who plays as a wing, are part of the El Pozo base team that last week won 12-3 over CD Ejido, in the final phase of the Spanish championship for clubs played in Madrid.
Visitación Martínez encouraged these young athletes to keep reaping successes, also highlighted the effort of families so that they can compete at this level and recalled that both come from the pinatarense base sport where they have played in the local clubs CFS Pinatar and Pacote FS Pinatar.
