This initiative of the Regional Employment Service (SEF) in collaboration with the municipalities of the Region of Murcia is designed so that participants get in 100 days to define their work objectives.
On March 18 began the second edition of the program 100x100 Activation in San Pedro del Pinatar, promoted by the SEF in collaboration with the Department of Employment and coordinated by the psychologist of work and coach, Roberto Crobu.
The results of this second edition were very positive, generating the program a total of 15 meetings with companies and professionals and getting 15 people, among the 25 participants, to achieve a work contract: it is a 60% labor insertion rate, that the psychologist and coach claims to achieve in their groups for the first time in three years of activity.
Among the causes to which attributes these results points to the collaboration with the Department of Employment in the selection of participants, while an evolution of its methodology, which focused on supporting the group to generate many synergies with companies and professionals local.
He also described as excellent the great commitment of the participants and their will and motivation in adhering and acquiring the techniques and strategies that the program encourages.
Among the companies and local professionals who collaborated with this edition stands out Adecco, Surinver, Urbincasa, Leroy Merlin, Buggy Power, Verdimed, Eurofirms, Pinatar Arena, JM Florists, Wall Street Institute, Tiki Taka, CETEM, and psychologists and coach Lourdes López and Nati Gómez.
