The International University of the Sea will give a workshop on 'Biomedicine and quality of life' in the first week of September, which will take place in San Pedro del Pinatar Youth and Tourism Hostel from September 3 to 6.
The objective of the workshop is to address, from an integral vision, the need of today's society to achieve a good quality of life through activities related to daily health and body care, such as the proper development of nutritional habits, activity physics, cosmetic surgery, etc., that allow us to feel better about ourselves.
During these days, issues such as the consumption of biotic products, the balanced diet, the relationship between cancer and the genome, biological rhythms and degenerative diseases, among others, will be addressed in order to create a forum for analysis and discussion of possible points of view related to the programmed aspects.
This training is aimed at students of the degrees of Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Medicine, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Psychology, etc., as well as professionals in these fields.
