A total of three teams have left today from the City Council of San Pedro del Pinatar to Madrid to contest this tough test of resistance in which they will have to face a 770 kilometer route without stops that will take them to Lisbon.
The mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitación Martínez, and the Councilor for Sports, Pedro Antonio Vivancos, today fired the Pinatarean expedition that this weekend will participate in the test "The Goods Non Stop Madrid-Tajo Internacional Lisboa by MRW" , composed of 3 teams with 3 runners and an assistant each.
Athletes will thus have the opportunity to travel more than 770 kilometers, between Las Rozas and Alenquer, along paths and tracks, with a maximum time of 55 hours and making nine relays, without the possibility of making stops.
The teams will travel in three motorhomes, which will also be the assistance vehicle during the test.
The members of the three participating teams are Ivan Tárraga, Antonio Tárraga and Raúl Corral (team 1);
Antonio Manuel Alarcón, Carlos Fernández and Carlos Martínez (team 2);
and José Antonio Jiménez, Alberto Gran and Cristiam Carrasco (team 3).
They will accompany you as assistants in this expedition Cristina Bautista, José Ramón Moya and Cuqui Arenas.
