The Department of Citizen Participation is conducting these workshops in nursing homes and with other social groups in the town, in order to inform about the proposals and the participatory process that will allow them to decide which investment 200,000 euros of the Budget are allocated to 2020
The Councilor for Citizen Participation, Zoilo Ballester, has attended the workshops given face-to-face of the participatory budgets 2020, developed by this council to explain the different phases of this process, as well as the proposals that are already being raised in areas such as education, urban planning, youth, sports or social welfare.
Together with this information phase, the attending neighbors had the opportunity to present models of questionnaires to provide their suggestions and proposals, so that they can be analyzed by the technical table and, in case of being of municipal competence and not exceeding 200,000 euros, which They can be part of all the proposals that Pinatareans will be able to vote in the week of November 18-22, choosing which investment will be the action carried out in the year 2020.
Parallel to all registered residents, over 16 years of age, who cannot attend the face-to-face workshops that are held with various groups (senior citizens, women, associations, childhood and adolescence of all municipal schools and educational centers, neighborhood representatives and districts) there is the possibility of participating online.
Thus, until October 13, citizen proposals can be submitted telematically.
For this purpose, a space has been enabled on the municipal website in which to know all the municipal investment proposals for the year 2020, the roadmap of the municipal budgets until its final approval by the Plenary, the competent body for this purpose, and a model questionnaire in which whoever wishes may submit their proposal model.
The rest of the month of October, the Department of Citizen Participation, will carry out face-to-face workshops with the objective of providing public management with greater transparency and efficiency, and apply the general principles of Law 19/2013 of December 9 of Transparency, access to Public information and Good Governance.
After the dissemination, presentation of proposals and technical assessment phases, all Pinatarenses registered in the town, from 16 years of age, will be able to vote on suitable proposals from November 18 to 22 online and in municipal buildings authorized for said process participatory
