The mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitación Martínez, today received the students of IES Manuel Tárraga Escribano and the German center Louise-Otto Peter Shule participating in the Erasmus + program with the project "Digitale Medien als Instrument für die interkulturelle Bildung".

This project offers students the opportunity to enjoy intercultural learning through different school and extracurricular activities, with the aim of improving both linguistic and technological skills, with the creation of various digital media and communication through them.

Thus, currently 14 German students live with local families, on a weekly visit that includes several excursions and activities to get to know the city.

Likewise, 14 students of the IES Manuel Tárraga Escribano will soon travel to Germany, where they will share experiences with other European students to address common challenges, such as digital skills, language learning and European cultural heritage.
