The mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitación Martínez, and Antonio Romero Marítnez, as representative of the New Capital 2000 SL, today signed a collaboration agreement for the use of parking located at the confluence of Emilio Castelar Avenue and Avenida de Las Salinas
Under this agreement the use of parking during the first 30 minutes will be free and in addition, a reduction of 20 percent of the tariffs will be made to the merchants of the municipality.
Thus, the City Council undertakes to compensate the corresponding IBI of this plot to the company, as consideration for these bonuses and discounts, which aim to favor commercial and leisure activity in the urban center.
The car park, which is under construction, will have capacity for 160 vehicles, as well as charging points for electric vehicles and dry laundry.
The mayor recalled that the municipality of San Pedro del Pinatar has the application "parking in San Pedro", included in the local website and that allows you to see, interactively, the 18 free parking spaces that exist in the municipality, both in the urban center, as in Lo Pagán and those deterrents on access roads to the town, which total a total of 2,300 parking spaces.
