These workshops aimed at retail trade are organized by the Association of Pinatarenses Entrepreneurs and the Department of Employment and Commerce with the aim of giving the small local entrepreneur tools to improve and update their services.
During the month of November, the Center for Tourism Initiatives hosts three workshops aimed at retail trade that aim to improve the training of entrepreneurs and employees in the management of their businesses to make them more competitive and adapted to the new challenges of the sector.
This cycle, taught by the Chamber of Commerce of Murcia, started last November 5 with the workshop "Facebook + Instagram from your mobile", with Ana Belén Lopez Jurado, graduated in Business Administration and Management from the University of Murcia, specialized in digital marketing strategies for SMEs.
On November 14 the Workshop "How to be effective in the relationship with your customers" will be given by Oscar Ugalde, a collaborator of companies such as Securitas Direct, Alarms 24, Vodafone, Orange, etc, and with Universities such as Murcia, Zaragoza and Barcelona, ​​is a Multidisciplinary Coach, Master in NLP and Master in Emotional Intelligence.
The cycle will close on November 28 with the Workshop: '' Strategic management of the sales area ", taught by Helia de San Nicolás, Architect and PhD in Architectural Composition by ETSAM, Polytechnic University of Madrid.
These workshops, which are funded by the European Regional Development Fund, are free for its participants, and are held from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., adapting to business hours to facilitate the assistance of interested parties, also taking place a cold lunch at 1:30 p.m. prior to the start of the workshop.
