In it, its promoters publicize some of the seasonal species that we can consume, also providing information on their biology, fishing method, sustainability, and a recipe.
The recipes included belong to hospitality and catering establishments and associations of the municipalities of San Pedro del Pinatar, Águilas, Cartagena and Mazarrón and for the selection of species the collaboration of the Fishermen's Association of San Pedro del Pinatar has been provided.
The publication arises from the experience of the Columbares Association with the Fish with Art project: responsible fishing in your kitchen and is structured in the form of information sheets.
