The Councilor for Sports of San Pedro del Pinatar, Pedro Vivancos, and Enrique Ballester, head of sports facilities of the delegation of Levante de Aqualia, visited the facilities, which suffered serious damage after the DANA last September, so they have been completely renovated
The gymnasium of the San Pedro del Pinatar Sports Center, where the indoor pool is located, suffered serious damage both to the ground, the ceiling, the luminaires and the provision of machinery last September;
So the center decided to close this service to undertake a comprehensive reform with technology and a more modern endowment.
Thus, the floor, the roof panels, the lighting that has been replaced by LED, the insulation, have been completely replaced, and it has been equipped with new machinery, the center being equipped with treadmills, elliptical bicycles, variable pitch bicycles and static, equipped with access to television, internet and specific training.
Weight benches, variable weight plate machines and an area for high intensity workouts, pulleys and dumbbells have also been installed.
The objective of this reform has been to modernize and improve the comfort level of the users of this Sports Center.
