The mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitación Martínez, the Councilor for Commerce, Javier Castejón, and the secretary of the Association of Businessmen, José Luis Oliván, today presented the campaign to promote Local commerce "You are Christmas", which It develops from December 13 to January 5.
Visitation Martínez has explained that this campaign aims to encourage purchases in small local businesses, including the drawing of three prizes of 100 euros, endowed by the Business Association, in addition to the distribution of free tickets for the creative tent of children's activities , which is installed next to the Christmas House, in the Plaza de la Constitución, and tickets for gifts for the little ones on the day of the Three Kings' Cavalcade.
In addition, as a novelty this year, on December 21 and January 4 a giant snowball will be installed, as a photocall, in the Plaza de la Constitución to capture purchases in the town, so that who wants to make a Photo inside will have to carry tickets or bags from establishments in the municipality.
The City Council also presents the establishments participating in this campaign with Christmas decorative elements and the showcase contest, which will award the best Christmas decorations with 250, 150 and 100 euros, is called for another year.
Today's presentation has been made in the children's clothing store Botitas, one of the longest-established establishments in the town and that last year won the first prize of the aforementioned showcase contest.
